All in all I think Aerosmith is one of the greatest rock bands of all time.
Angel is one of my favorite tracks of theirs just because it is romantic and passionate. All we girls either from the "hair band" scene or who were right on the cusp of the hair band scene have a soft spot for power ballads.
This song does not quite fall under the power ballad criteria but it is so close it might as well.
Regardless it is awesome.
I remember really enjoying the video as well. It was pretty cutting edge at the time.
